Knowledge Exchange

The field of seniors health care is rapidly expanding and evolving, meaning that we are constantly looking to adapt and improve the way we work at the front line, as well as across our teams, organizations and systems. We rely on literature-based, practice-based and lived experience evidence to guide and inform our decisions. This section of the site has two purposes:

1. to keep you in the know about the latest and greatest information related to seniors’ health; and

2. to provide a platform for discussion and exchange about hot topics in the field.

Knowledge Exchange

Since our inception we have engaged with other communities and institutions which strive to improve the health and well being of our aging population.  We recognize the value in working collaboratively with other networks, sharing wealth of knowlege and diversity of expertise.

Browse through our event listing for aging-related conferences, workshops and webinars in Ontario and beyond.  If you would like to receive our regular newsletter, Linkages, to stay connected about upcoming events, join our community.  If you have an event that would be of interest to sagelink visitors please share the details with us via email at

Linkages is the Centre’s collaborative monthly e-newsletter that regularly features new resources and research to improve practice, continuous learning opportunities as well as updates from organizations across the province focusing on supporting the care of older adults. Each month a themed reading list is featured. Sign up to receive Linkages directly here.
